Whether you want to walk in and start painting or book a class in advance, there's something for everyone at Joe Picasso's.
Walk-in Activities
No reservation needed. Come in during open studio hours, pick a project, and start creating.
Pottery Painting
Choose from hundreds of ceramic bisque pieces, mugs, plates, figurines, banks, and more, and paint them however you like.
- Pieces start at $14 plus sales tax
- No studio fee if you finish in one visit
- We provide paints, brushes, stencils, and supplies
- No time limit, take as long as you need
- Items are kiln fired and ready for pickup in approximately 1 week
Wine Glass Painting
Customize wine glasses, champagne flutes, mason jar mugs, tumblers, and more with our specialty glass paints. Then, you'll take your glass home and bake them in your oven.
- Select your glassware and start painting
- Specialty glass paints and supplies included
- Take your finished piece home the same day
Mosaics
Cut and arrange colorful glass tiles to create a mosaic design on a wooden plaque. You'll let it dry overnight and then grout your mosaic plaque.
- Choose from a variety of plaque shapes and sizes
- Glass pieces, cutters, and take-home grout kit provided
- Take your piece home and grout it the next day
Clay Hand Building
Sculpt with clay using basic tools and cutters. We bisque fire your piece, then you return to glaze your pottery. Good for those with some clay experience.
- Tools and clay provided in the studio
- Ages 9+, with basic tips when you need them
- Pieces are bisque fired, then you glaze and we kiln fire for pickup in about 1 week after glazing

Wheel Throwing
Sit at the wheel and shape your own pieces from 1 lb. lumps of clay. One-on-one instruction by one of our potters included — a hands-on experience you won't forget!
- $75 one person, $140 two people, $195 three people
- One-on-one guidance from an instructor
- Create 2 pieces during your 1-hour session
- Items are dried, kiln fired and ready for glazing in approximately 2 weeks
- Wear your play clothes. You will get muddy
Canvas Painting
Guided paint & sip sessions led by our resident artist, Katie. Follow along step-by-step to create a canvas painting. BYOB welcome for guests 21+.

- Take your canvas home that night
Workshops & Clay Classes
