Pottery Wheel Lessons (WIP)

Class Pricing SINGLE LESSON (1 PERSON) - $55.00* DOUBLE LESSON (2 PEOPLE) - $95.00* MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE - GIVE US A CALL FOR A CUSTOM PACKAGE!  *Pricing includes a 1-hour lesson, 2 lbs of clay per person, and the resitting when you return to the studio to paint your handmade pieces. Remember: Throwing on the wheel can get a little messy and we have aprons but you may still get some clay on you. While clay washes out of most fabrics, you probably don't want to wear your Sunday best. Also keep hand and wrist jewelry to a minimum and those with long hair should wear it pulled back. Come with an open mind and you'll have a great time! Throwing the perfect pot on the wheel takes practice.  Our wheel instructors have been doing this for years so even though they may make it look easy, it took them a long time to get to their skill level. Relax and have fun! All clay pieces need to slowly dry before being fired in our kiln and will be ready 2 weeks from the day of your pottery wheel lesson appointment. Shipping is available. Due to the physical nature of throwing pots on the wheel, we limit our classes to ages 7 and up. Some individuals with physical limitations may not be able to fully participate.
